Figure E
Milk-Carton Birdfeeder

Figure D--Get children involved with nature by making a simple yet creative birdfeeder. Start by cutting two opposite sides out of a milk carton, leaving room to put in the bird seed and for the birds to get in and out of the feeder.

Figure E--Let children collect things such as sticks, flowers, moss and bark to decorate the house. Put a piece of fruit, such as an orange slice, on a skewer inserted through the top of the feeder to attract birds.
