Children's craft expert John E. Thomas recycles items such as plastic bottles and 35 mm film containers to create fun and inexpensive toys for children.
Materials:

light corn syrup
assorted shapes of metallic confetti
cold water
Steps:
- Fill bottle 3/4 of the way with corn syrup.
- Add a small handful of confetti.
- Top the bottle off with water.
- Seal the bottle securely with the cap and shake.
Tips
- Add a few drops of food coloring to the sparkle bottle for interest.
