Michelle Stitzlein is one of those lucky people who grew up with artist parents. She’s also lucky to have a husband who arranges international art travel tours, so she’s been all over the world enjoying art. In places like South Africa and Latin America she was drawn to artwork made with recycled materials, so she started playing with them herself. She now makes large-scale sculptures with recycled materials, including piano keys, broken china, license plates, etc.
