10. Drill a hole for the handle in the side of the gourd near the top. Mix epoxy according to manufacturer's directions and glue the handle to the gourd. Let dry. Add wood putty to fill in any spaces.

11. Attach the handle base with plaster cloth and add wood putty to shape.
