The Carol Duvall Show camera crew visits the Smithsonian Craft Show to demonstrate that the phrase "wearable art" not only applies to clothing but also jewelry and accessories, as one of the artists at the show calls them, "personal adornments."

There are many different designs, uses and creations for fabrics and mediums of all sorts represented at the show, including a jacket made from painted fabric (figure A) and a pendant made from metal (figure B). See some of the finest examples of wearable art that runs the spectrum from traditional to modern and futuristic.
