Although Bob Brehmer grew up with a love of painting and drawing, it wasn’t until he reached college that he was exposed to pottery. But the second he saw someone working the potter’s wheel, he was mesmerized by the rhythm of the process and knew he had to learn the process. He not only learned, but was obsessed and turned out some 20 pieces of work to the other students’ two or three for the class’ first critique.
