9. Bake the switch plate at 275 degrees F for 20 minutes. Let it cool completely before proceeding.

10. Cover the remaining rough surface of the plate with liquid polymer clay and cover with strands of polymer clay. When finished, bake the plate again at the same temperature for the same amount of time. Let cool.
