2. Bend two heavy wires for branches around the rod. Twist them onto the rod and bend the wires upward to form branches.

3. Using lighter gauge wire make a loop at each end of a piece of wire and twist the ends around the center to form leaves on each end. Shape the ends of the leaves with needle-nose pliers. Make two sets of leaves using two pieces of wire.
