Steps:

1. Punch holes at top and bottom of shrink plastic oval approximately 3" x 5" (figure A).

2. Dust front and back of shrink plastic oval with talcum powder to prevent sticking during shrink process.

3. Sponge Brilliance inks over front and back of piece as desired. Ink stamp using all three colors of Brilliance inks and stamp over back of piece (figure B).

4. Pre-ink stamp with Brilliance inks. Hold stylus tool in punched hole and apply heat tool to shrink piece (figure C). Immediately press stamp firmly into surface of shrink piece while still hot (figure D). Let cool.

5. Use copper marker around edge of shrink piece (figure E).

6. Cut one piece of wire 8 to 10 inches long. Wrap wire around one end of ribbon. Trim end of ribbon closely.

7. Place one large, two medium, and one small beads on end of wire and push up toward ribbon (figure F). Insert end of wire through top hole on shrink piece, bend back and wrap around beads on wire (figure G). Clip end of excess wire.

8. Form a coil at end of another piece of wire cut 6 to 8 inches long. Form two quick bends before adding one large, one medium and one small glass bead and then one small gold bead (figure H).

9. Insert end of wire through bottom of shrink piece and immediately bend back and wrap around beads on wire (figure I). Clip excess wire at end.

10. Tie end of ribbon to cord of tassel. Trim ends of ribbon and cord closely (figure J).
