Designer's Notes
Custom built-ins maximize wall space in this grand library. The coffered ceiling adds depth to the design and gives the room a cozy, classic feeling. Notice the rug's repeated use of the grid pattern, which echoes the strong geometric lines of the ceiling. Photograph by Janet Mesic Mackie.
