Boring Backyard DeckThis house has a great start for entertaining in the backyard with different levels that need to get ready for summer guests. It's screaming for furniture, accessories and color.
Moroccan-Inspired OasisThe backyard went from bland to bold. The fresh Moroccan style sizzles using warm woods, rich color and copper accents. This boring backyard now has spicy flair from the ground up. Vibrant colors, warm wood tones and copper accents alongside the shiny new portable kitchen provide a global-inspired entertaining space dreams are made of.
Blank CanvasThis deck doesn't have a single item on it, which will make decorating it for summer fun using a Moroccan theme so easy. Think color, silk, beaded napkin rings and an inviting table to gather family and friends for those sultry nights.
Summer ColorAn outdoor entertainment area is a fun, festive and decadent suburban oasis. Simple bench bases are topped with a room divider that was taken apart to create two pieces. Equally festive are the Roman shades made by tying table runners together. Napkin rings add sparkle along the connections and eye hooks and more ribbon hold them up at the top. They’re simple to attach, and create a colorful and intimate dining experience. Finish the festive look by hot-gluing beaded trim to silk, and then glue the fabric to metal stove rings. Hang a strand of outdoor lights covered in beaded napkin rings above the table and you're ready to entertain!

Portable Kitchen/Wine Rack CandleholderThis outdoor kitchen comes in two pieces so if you move, you can take it with you. It comes with electricity, a grill, sink, refrigerator, an ice chest and drawers for storage. Just drop in all the components and you're ready to entertain. Finish it off with a clever candleholder by simply turning a wine rack on its side!

Chef/Pass-Through TablesA free tabletop from the trash was cut in half, given some legs and stained to create two useful surfaces. One half now stands alone on the lower deck as a chef's table for food prep while the other is nailed in place under the kitchen window on the upper deck to use as a handy pass-through from the house.
Copper Overhang and PanelsAn overhang created with wooden beams and copper pipes adds Moroccan sparkle overhead (see first After photo).

Copper FlashingNot-so-hot stair risers? Nail metal flashing in place and use copper paint to tie it in with the rest of the look.
Gazebo, Reed and Fabric Panels, Cork RugA large store-bought gazebo is the starting place to create this destination spot. To soften the metal, cable ties hold reed room dividers in place on the outer corners while Velcro secures colorful fabric panels to the interior ones. The rug is made by gluing cork sheets over a waterproof tarp. Use a utility knife to cut the cork to size and glue coasters into position.

Dresser Bar, Rope Lantern, Mirror TableTurn an old dresser into a useful bar. Leave the bottom drawer as is for storage, but remove the fronts from the center ones. Add hinges to create a single door, which will hide glassware and bottles. Cut a hole in the top using a jigsaw to hold a large bowl filled with ice to chill drinks.
Wrap a lantern from a salvage yard with rope and add a candle in a glass holder for quick ambiance.
