1/2 Bartlett, Bosc or Anjou pear
1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
1/3 cup dairy-free milk (almond, coconut, hemp, etc.)
1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 fresh mint leaf
2 small scoops dairy-free mint chocolate chip ice cream (optional)
Blend pear, avocado, milk, cacao powder and mint in a high-speed blender.
Divide mixture between two glasses.
Top each with a scoop of ice cream, if desired.
