Before: Stale Gathering SpaceMarcy and Franco Moriconi have a beautiful living room space, but it's so cold and unwelcoming that this warm Italian family rarely spends time there. They barely use the living room for anything more than a dumping ground.
Although they have a modern sense of design, their affinity for earthy and organic accessories makes it difficult for them to hone in on their style. Unfortunately, those two elements are fighting each other, as exemplified by the geometric prints in one of the rugs and some of the artwork and a more earthy rug and artwork in another area of the room. The cluttered built-ins do not help matters either. They want host and designer Karen McAloon to help them find just the right balance.
