Before: Addicted to Clutter

Homeowners Amy and Rob Schachter moved into their urban apartment four years ago and totally renovated the whole place — it turned out beautiful. Then they had two kids in three years, and now they can't see the beautiful apartment underneath all the toys and clutter. Good thing professional organizer Randy Ballesteros is on hand — he knows how to make any room a place for families to share.

Large toys and strollers take up precious real estate. The homeowners admit they are addicted to clutter and have a hard time throwing things away, especially toys. The desk holds a computer, but that's about it. All their important paperwork and files are stored in a plastic bin.
