Antique Garden

Homeowner Colleen Richardson has an overgrown yard that for years she's been wanting to change. The Landscape Smart team creates an antique garden that blends salvaged and recycled items into an appealing and unique look.

Before: The yard is completely overgrown and neglected.

After

After: The space is now a charming antique garden with three distinct seating areas.

Planters

Terra-cotta tube planters made from chimney pipes add height to the garden.

Pathway

The purple concrete pathway and the new lawn help bring color to the yard.

Compass

The new circular flagstone patio includes a "compass." Above, the new glass-top table was made from an old gate.

Seating area

This seating area is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and the morning paper.

Recycled doors

Recycled doors hide the nook from the rest of the yard, and the painted glass adds a Victorian touch.
