Quiet Time

A living room is set aside just for the adults in this 1882 row house.

When you've got kids, there's hardly a room in the house they don't take over. Wouldn't it be great if you could divide your home into a play area for the younger members of the family and a quieter space for adults? Well, that's exactly what Randy Florke and Sean Maloney had in mind when they renovated their 1882 row house.

They set aside two rooms dedicated to adult relaxation and working and went with a casual country look to create a comfortable environment.
