Lyman Mission Home

The Lyman Mission Home is in Hawaii.

Protestant missionaries David and Sarah Lyman left New England for a six-month trip to the Sandwich Islands, as Hawaii was known then, in 1832.

They built the first wooden frame structure on the island of Hawaii, a unique blend of Cape Cod and island styles.
