Before: Outdated Kitchen
The kitchen needed a designer touch. The clean-up and cooking area were too close together, making meal preparation difficult, and it was time to update the cabinetry and lighting.
After: Functional and Stylish
The kitchen is reconfigured for more counter space and so that the prep area and cooking station have an easy flow between them. Sleek cabinetry and long stainless steel pulls give the space a contemporary feel, while warm wood tones and a dark tile floor bring a warm, welcoming vibe to the kitchen.
Glass tiles in brown and cream tones are set vertically for a statement-making backsplash. Pro-quality stainless steel appliances modernize the kitchen.
The homeowners biggest problem was having enough seating for their three children. Kenney finds the perfect solution with a built-in banquette. The table was custom designed using Cambria quartz and then trimmed in the same cherry as the cabinets to tie the two area together.
