Blue Bathroom Tile Makeover

New color tiles and a new layout make this poorly designed bathroom luxurious.

  • A lack of cohesiveness and a window that faced the walkway to the front door were among the problems with this first-floor bathroom before a designer and a carpenter teamed up for a redo.
  • The new space is a true-blue success, boasting a better layout, beautiful tile work, two new sinks, clean white fixtures and ample storage where that window used to be.
  • Another sore spot was the pink shower tile that didn’t match any of the many shades of green throughout this space. There was a shortage of storage.
  • The new blue glass tile above the tub radiates a myriad of colors, depending on where you’re standing. A dramatic tub surround creates a smooth flow to the crisp white storage cabinet with frosted glass windows.
