Why I should win: I believe that true success comes with dedication and drive. Look out, I have the wheel!

A designer's best friend: Imagination.

My secret weapon: My artwork/texture.

My design style boils down to: Making punk not only accepted, but elegant!

Three favorite styles:
1. Contemporary
2. Post modern
3. Old World

A design do: Definitely be willing to jump off the nest to see if you can fly. Take risks!

A design don't: Don't be arrogant about your work; confidence is good enough.

Favorite designers: Karim Rashid and Alexander McQueen.

If I weren't a designer, I'd be: A mixed-media professor.

Favorite room to design: I like to keep things interesting and mix it up!

Unusual skills: Manipulation of mundane materials.

Dream design project: I would love to work with rock stars like Butch Walker.

If you win, what kind of show would you like to do: Maybe restoration shows — turning old stuff into something crazy, or perhaps a restaurant makeover show.

Family: Husband, Lee, awesome parents, sister and her husband with two adorable kids.

When not working, I'm: I'm always working — well, I do take time to sleep.

Something you'd never guess about me: I was a cheerleader for 13 years.

Childhood dream: To become a fashion designer.

My dream vacation: Traveling to Europe (London).

Four words that describe me: Energetic, ambitious, funky and real.

If my life were a sitcom, it would be: Everyone Loves Raymond, because I live between my parents and my sister's family.
