San Francisco native Bill Duggan started acting after being encouraged to take to the stage in grade school. He continued to explore the possibility of a career in the performing arts while at California's Santa Clara University on an acting scholarship. After graduation he pursued a career in acting in the San Francisco Bay area, landing roles on the stage and in front of the camera.
Duggan now lives in Los Angeles where he divides his time between acting and working on home improvement projects including landscape irrigation, painting, tiling and gardening. He has also dabbled in politics and has worked on Capitol Hill in Washington and San Francisco City Hall.
Duggan has appeared in numerous television commercials and print ads. He has also worked on television shows including The Shield, Nash Bridges and General Hospital. His stage credits include roles in Brighton Beach Memoirs, Noises Off, A Chorus Line and West Side Story.
