OR
2. Send your before/after video (VHS, DVD, Hi-8, or Mini DV) to:

When you submit your photographs or video, also include all of the following information for us:
1. Your name
2. Home address
3. Daytime phone number
4. E-mail address
5. Before and after images of the decorated space
6. Identify the room you made over, e.g., master bedroom, including a little story about the space you made over
7. Finally, after you submit your photos by email or when you mail in your video, download the Submission Agreement, sign it and provide information it requests, and mail it to:

Please note photos and video without an accompanying Submission Agreement will not be accepted. Also note, that pictures and videos will not be returned to you.
