- Photos of yourselves and the room you would like made over. Please include the room dimensions (room must be at least 15 by 15-feet).
- Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you want out of the makeover.
- Provide a daytime phone number, e-mail address and the city you live in.
Submissions must be received no later than April 30, 2008.
