Master Suite Makeover

An old pineapple finial found in their front yard (which Renee had wanted to throw away) finds new life as an elegant accessory for their redecorated bedroom. Using a stippling technique, Renee dabs on chocolate brown paint and then sparingly applies gold metallic wax to the edges of the leaves to achieve the antiqued look. She likes the antiquing technique so much that she does it to an old planter, too.
