Paint expert Danielle Hirsch uses paint and some molding from the garage to create art for the walls: a decorative faux marble treatment framed by molding. This is a great solution if you don't have artwork but want to add a classic Old World touch to your walls. Just take a large piece of cheesecloth and wad it up. Dab on the primary color (in this case, orange) and then the lighter color (cream). With a clean wad of cheesecloth, dab the wall to blend the colors. Remember that marble veins do not run perpendicular or horizontal, and they don't criss-cross at 90-degree angles. So, when painting the veins with the darker shade, squiggle the lines diagonally.
