The basement windows of the condo look out to an awkward patio space beneath the backyard. Basia and Douglas work out of their basement and want something to brighten up their view of this gray and soulless pit. Matt hopes some greenery here will persuade the homeowners to take a break from work and walk outside into their new beautiful Mediterranean garden.
