Cooking expert Carla Williams explains how to use the drippings from the bottom of the pan of a store-bought rotisserie chicken to make bouillon cubes.

Steps:


  1. Simply pour the drippings into an empty ice-cube tray and freeze.

  2. After they have frozen, pop the cubes out of the tray and store them in a freezer bag. They should last about two months.
