  • Just seven candy coated peanuts equals 75 calories. Even without the candy, peanuts still contain a good amount of calories and fat.

  • Two cheese ravioli squares is 75 calories.

  • Just 13 French fries = 75 calories.

  • Instead of putting real cream in your coffee, use skim evaporated milk.

  • Use butter-flavored cooking spray instead of butter.

  • Make a low-calorie grilled cheese by toasting the bread beforehand, then microwaving it with the cheese inside, instead of frying it.
