Use either vinegar or rubbing alcohol to clean eyeglasses, but never combine the two. Just pour the liquid into a spray bottle and spritz it on the lenses. Rub with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use paper towel because it leaves a residue. This technique is not appropriate for treated lenses. Check with your optometrist if you are unsure whether your lenses are treated.
