- The most important thing to remember is to keep them away from any kind of moisture. Do not store in a damp basement, and make sure that there is no water contact whatsoever.
- Keep dolls out of direct sunlight because not only will it fade their faces, but it may deteriorate also the fabric.
- Store collectible dolls in plastic bins with tight-fitting tops. Do not use plastic bags that can trap moisture.
- Use acid-free tissue paper for storage. If the dolls are clean before \ you store them they should be fine without the tissue paper.
- To keep collectible dolls clean, do not wash collectible dolls. Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft attachment to keep the dolls fresh and dust-free. As with most collectible dolls, you want to keep them away from sticky fingers and oily hands, so place them high on a shelf with the less-collectible items on a lower shelf.
