Mustard-Crusted Pork Chop

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 Tbs. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 Tbs. fresh thyme, chopped
Dijon mustard to taste
4 pork chops
2 Tbs. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Add fresh herbs to bread crumbs. Apply a generous amount of mustard and breadcrumbs to one side of the pork chops. Saute in olive oil, then add salt and pepper. Brown on both sides. Continue to cook pork chops by placing them in a 350-degree oven for approximately 15 minutes.

Yield: 2 to 4 servings
