Though it takes just minutes, your guests will think you spent all day preparing this delicious shrimp pasta dish.
Easy Shrimp and Pasta

Keep some frozen shrimp and linguine on hand to whip up an impressive gourmet meal in a hurry. Here's how:

Ingredients:

frozen shrimp in desired amount
half stick butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
linguine noodles
sprinkle of basil

Preparation:

While the shrimp is defrosting, heat a half-stick of butter and half-cup of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the shrimp along with about a half-teaspoon of minced garlic, if desired, and heat well.

Cook linguine or other pasta, drain well and place in a large bowl. Pour heated shrimp mixture over pasta and mix well. Serve with a sprinkle of basil.
