Use any flavor of puffed cereal--chocolate, oat, peanut butter or corn--to make these treats.

Healthy chef Nancy Fox shows how to make low-fat, low-calorie (60 per square) cinnamon crispy bars.

Cinnamon Crispy Bars

Ingredients:

2 Tbs. reduced-calorie margarine
2 Tbs. corn syrup
1 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2-1/2 cups marshmallows
2-1/2 cups puffed cereal
cooking spray

Preparation:

Combine margarine, corn syrup, sugar and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Add marshmallows and heat until melted. Stir in cereal and turn into a pan coated with cooking spray. Cool and slice.
