Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

2 cups whole milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins

Preparation:

Combine milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg in a large bowl and mix well. Stir in rice and raisins, then combine until ingredients are evenly distributed. Pour into a cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

Ingredients:

one 13-oz. can peaches
1/4 up brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
canned biscuits

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except biscuits in a small baking dish. Cover peach mixture with biscuit dough. Bake according to directions on the biscuit package.
