Thyme and Garlic Paste

Ingredients:

1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbs. olive oil

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients into a paste. Rub on all sides of meat. Wrap the meat in plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
