Make a quick-and-easy Cuban sandwich with French bread (or Cuban bread if available), leftover pork and ham. Smother with mayonnaise, then add dill pickle chips or strips and Swiss cheese. Cook in a waffle iron, or take a brick from the garden, wrap it in aluminum foil and use it to press the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat with butter. Cook sandwich on both sides and serve.
