Ingredients:

1/2 lb. skinless salmon fillet
1/2 Tbs. fresh ginger, grated
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. peanut oil

Preparation:

Chop salmon and place in bowl. Add ginger, egg yolk, mustard, soy sauce and oils. Mix well. Form patties from mixture. Pan fry until golden brown.
