Ingredients:
1 to 1-1/2 lb. salmon with skin
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Rub fish with olive oil. Do NOT remove skin. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a foil-lined tray with skin up. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
