  • Grate garlic and onions into dips to reduce bitterness.

  • Use a Parmesan grater to grate garlic. It is very simple and will keep hands your from smelling like garlic.

  • Keeping lemon juice on raw avocado prevents browning.

  • Season warm olive oil with roasted pureed tomato, basil, anchovies and garlic.

  • Guacamole consists of lime avocado, cilantro, cumin, onion, tomato and jalapeno peppers.

  • Salsa verde is mint, cilantro, poblano peppers, jalapeno peppers, limes, onions and tomatillos.
