Classic Cheese Fondue

More than just a tasty treat, cheese fondue is a fun and easy culinary experience.
Ingredients:

3 cups Gruyere cheese
1-1/2 cups Emmentaler (the most common brand of Swiss cheese)
fresh grated nutmeg
1 Tbs. brandy or kirschwasser

Preparation:

Place cheese and nutmeg in fondue pot. Bring the mixture to a very slow boil. When it begins to boil, add brandy or kirschwasser.
