Healthy "Fried" Chicken

Jazzed-up bread crumbs instead of flour give this dish a kick.
Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (trimmed of fat)
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. fresh thyme

Preparation:

Marinate chicken in yogurt for several minutes. Add garlic, paprika, and thyme to bread crumbs and dredge the chicken through the crumb mixture. Grease a baking pan with cholesterol-free cooking spray and bake chicken in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes. For the last five minutes of cooking, flip the oven dial to broil to give the chicken a deep golden color.
