This delicious stir-fry recipe won't necessarily taste healthy, but it is.
Ingredients:

chicken, boneless and skinless (fat trimmed off)
soy sauce
2 Tbs. sesame oil
celery
carrots
onions
red pepper
fresh garlic
snow peas
1/4 cup pineapple juice
powdered ginger
black pepper
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 Tbs. water

Preparation:

Marinate diced chicken in soy sauce. Heat a wok skillet with one tablespoon sesame oil. Add the chicken and cook for around four to five minutes. Remove chicken, add remainder of sesame oil and cook celery, carrots, onions, red pepper and garlic (all sliced into long, thin strips for fast cooking) for one to two minutes.

Add snow peas, chicken, extra soy sauce to taste, pineapple juice, ginger and black pepper. Continue cooking as you mix cornstarch and water in a separate container. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook for one final minute.
