Author Deb Fabricant explains how to make this recipe into a beautiful stack creation.

Ingredients:

nonstick cooking spray
pound cake
mascarpone cheese
caramel
English toffee
mango
powdered sugar

Preparation:

Spray nonstick spray in stack container. Cut piece of pound cake to size and shape of stacking tool*. Stack layers of cake frosted with mascarpone cheese, caramel and crushed toffee for three layers, topping last layer with pound cake. Chill and serve with powdered sugar sprinkled over the top.

* Use an aluminum can that has been washed out and has had both ends removed, as a stacking tool. It will hold the layers together as the stack is built.
