* Note: Preparation and organization are the keys to a quick breakfast. When you get home from the grocery store, take 15 to 20 minutes to prep ingredients and store them in containers (see photo) so that they're ready when you are.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (The guest used fresh raspberries, papayas and passion fruit.)
1/2 cup yogurt
3 Tbs. orange juice
1 Tbs. honey
1/4 cup ice

Preparation:

Puree all ingredients in a blender for an all-natural, healthy breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced, or a jar of baked apple slices
cinnamon
powdered sugar
2 premade crepe shells
3 Tbs. maple syrup
1/2 cup whipped cream (Nondairy whipped topping is fine as an alternative.)
1/2 cup fresh berries
fresh mint

Preparation:

Saute apples over low heat with cinnamon and powdered sugar until heated through. Spoon apples over the crepes and top with remaining ingredients.

Egg-White Omelet
Egg-White Omelet

Ingredients:

1/2 cup diced tomato
2 tsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. olive oil
3 egg whites
1 cup nonfat mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Saute tomato and basil in oil over medium heat. Stir in egg whites and cook until egg starts to set. Add cheese. Lift edge of omelet with spatula and fold in half.
