Homemade Chocolate Syrup Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate powder
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation:
Mix sugar and cocoa. Stir in hot water and corn syrup. Microwave for approximately two minutes. Add vanilla and refrigerate.
Hot Chocolate Mix
Thoroughly mix two parts sugar to one part chocolate. Add to hot milk. The amount of cocoa can be varied to suit your personal taste preferences. It's great to make in large batches because it stores well for long periods of time.
Hot-Fudge-Sundae Milkshake
Ingredients:
5 large scoops vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup whole milk
2 to 3 oz. hot fudge
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
* Note: Be sure to heat the fudge before adding to ice cream.
