Double-Chocolate Mocha

Chef Nancy Fox shares this recipe for a homemade ice-blended drink.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup low-fat chocolate milk
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. imitation vanilla extract
2 tsp. instant coffee
2 tsp. instant chocolate-pudding mix
2 tsp. malted milk
2 tsp. sugar
2 pkg. sweetener
1-1/4 cups ice

Preparation:

In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and all ice is crushed.

Notes

  • All of the ingredients in these recipes can be mixed in advance, except the ice, and stored in the refrigerator overnight.

  • Decaffeinated coffees can be used in any of these drinks.
