1 Tbs. each of chopped vegetables - Use any fresh vegetable of your choice. Try broccoli, cauliflower, tri-color bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, etc. Chop them into small pieces, leaving a few larger pieces for garnish.
