Warm Pork Salad

Ingredients:

1/4 cup honey
3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs. olive oil
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup pecans, toasted
4 slices cooked pork

Preparation:

Warm honey, vinegar and olive oil in a sauté pan. In a large bowl, toss greens, strawberries, blue cheese and pecans. Add cooked pork (leftovers work great, or fry pork slices in a separate pan) to the warm dressing and continue warming to desired temperature. Top salad with pork and pour over the dressing, or pour the dressing in with the greens and toss.
