Before, the bold red walls and overpowering furniture took away from the great view. Now, buyers will walk in and immediately notice the expansive scenery on the other side of the window. Scaled-down furniture makes the room seem bigger and helps highlight the wonderful fireplace. The floors couldn’t be sanded and refinished, so the design team applied a rich coat of deck stain instead. In the dining room, the homeowners’ chandelier is given a new chrome finish and the walls are adorned with new art and accessories.
