Sunroom After
Previous: Sunroom Before
When the Designed to Sell team started out, this room was a jumble of gym equipment, storage boxes and a forgotten bistro table and chairs. Now, this sunny solarium and breakfast room is an extra-added bonus that potential buyers are sure to notice. The window screens were all scrubbed and repainted, the dining chairs were re-covered and the new plants give the space a relaxing, earthy vibe.

Before, the sparsely decorated guestroom (not shown), sported only a flat futon and a bulging bean bag chair. A new paint job, an arts-and-crafts headboard and some period-specific accessories celebrate the home’s Craftsman heritage with grand style.
